Executive Coaching - Phase III

  

Phase III takes about three months and works to solidify the achievements from the coaching experiences with the following activities:

• Meeting via three one hour telephone calls monthly.
• Determining new approaches that should be sustained.
• Recording “lessons learned” during the coaching experience.
• Preparing “notes to myself” as a reminder to reinforce new approaches after the coaching is completed.
• Looking for new opportunities to implement new approaches.
