Executive Coaching - Phase II
Phase II takes about four months and is focused on finding new approaches by determining action steps that will support achieving the coaching goals and successful implementation of the action steps with the following activities:
- Meetings of two hours every other week or telephone calls of one hour every week or a combination of the two to develop action steps for achieving goals.
- Finding current activities (scheduled meetings, budgeting processes, projects, staffing, and reorganization) that provide a laboratory for trying new approaches.
- Trying new approaches, evaluating the effort and finding the keys to successful outcomes.
