The common elements of an executive coaching program for a single executive has three phases:
- Phase I – Information gathering from the executive, his/her boss, peers and subordinates to develop up to three coaching goals.
- Phase II – Determining action steps that will support achieving the coaching goals and successful implementation of the action steps.
- Phase III – Solidifying new approaches in order to sustain the lessons learned from the coaching experiences.
- Clusters – More than one executive at the same company to be coached at the same time.
- Teams – The full group of an executive and all of his/her direct reports.
